Parkour, also known as the art of displacement is a discipline that consists of going from one point to another as smoothly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. This means overcoming obstacles that arise in your journey, which could be any object in the surrounding environment such as fences, walls, walls. This discipline can be practiced in both rural and urban areas. Practitioners of parkour are known as traceurs.

    You also need physical strength and training in parkour before you can do it. It’s difficult at the beginning but when you start getting the strength, conditioning, and the techs of parkour it is a really fun, and inexpensive sport.
