Parkour, also known as the art of displacement is a discipline that consists of going from one point to another as smoothly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. This means overcoming obstacles that arise in your journey, which could be any object in the surrounding environment such as fences, walls, walls. Now, the problem with the food we eat is that it’s compost with so artificial and quimics components. Those components creates over-processed, overtraveled, and under-nourishing food that may contribute to health problems like obesiy or diabetes.

To keep our body healthy, we must take a balanced and varied diet. One of the best examples is the Mediterranean diet.

Another important point is to drink water and milk very often. Milk because we need calcium to grow strong bones, and water because is good when you are really thirsty and clens our body. ernahrungskreis

You also have to listen to your body because eating too much can make you feel uncomfortable and, over a period of time, can lead to unhealthy weight gain.

An unhealthy habit that we have is spending much time in front of the screen. Don’t spend more than 2 hours.

To finish we have to be active. Find ways to be active every day, for example a sport that you love. Individually you can go with bycicle, and with a group you can practise basketball.
